Refund Policy

     All transactions are final, and sales are non-refundable. There are no returns or refunds for wireless phone top-ups. Once a top-up is processed, it cannot be reversed or rolled back. Although the top ups are instant. They may reflect on customer's account within 4 hours.  If the provided phone number is valid within the system, it will be replenished. Should you select a rate plan different from your current one, the equivalent amount will be credited to your account. Depending on the carrier, either your next billing cycle plan will be updated to the chosen plan, or the amount will be applied as a wallet balance. Please be aware that your account may be suspended if you select a different plan than your current one.
