Who is Pay My Prepaid?We are a local Chicago cellphone retailer currently in operation past 14 years. We are one of top performers for various prepaid carriers that we offer in the area. Now we offer the same fast and easy payment option online!

Which carriers do you offer?Currently, we offer most plans if not all for Simple Mobile, Lyca Mobile, Ultra Mobile, Xfinity Now Internet, Boss Revolution, H2O Wireless, T-Mobile Prepaid.

How does online prepaid payment work?As any transaction online. You chose a product you would like to purchase. Pay using your favorite payment method. Your wireless number that is associated with your product you have purchased will automatically be recharged by our direct recharge partner.

Do i need a contract to use prepaid services?Absolutely not. Beauty of Prepaid services is that you can cancel or start your service on your terms. Pricing does not shoot up after a certain period of time. There are no late fees.

Do you also offer activations on your site?No, currently not. But we will integrate ESIM activations on our website in near future.

Can i switch between plans anytime?Yes, if you are submitting for one time payment. You can chose a different plan every month. But its your responsibility to change the plan with your carrier first before submitting a payment. You can also manage your plan on autopay subscription menu that you will receive a link via email. Same as one time payment, you have to submit plan change with your carrier first.

Can I purchase international calling or data add- ons?Currently the only add on we offer is the Lyca Mobile data add-on.

Do you offer Family Plan option?Yes, we are one of only few third party payment online websites that offer Family Plan refill/recharge. Including family bundles for Simple Mobile, T-Mobile prepaid, Ultra Mobile and Lyca Mobile.

What payment methods do you accept?Currently, we accept CC/Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.

Can i set up automatic refills?Yes. To set up automatic refills: Choose your Carrier Choose your Plan Fill in the required ino in check out page Mark Yes or Not now in the autopay subscription section Get email confirmation and link to your own autopay subscription profile Manage your subscription in your own profile or contact us via email.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount i can recharge?Currently we only offer one payment per transaction. "In cart" option coming soon!

How long does it take for my recharge to be applied?As soon as your payment is confirmed. Our system will automatically refill/recharge your provided wireless number.

Are there any delays with recharge?Yes, sometimes the actual carrier portal might be undergoing a maintenance which may delay the refill process. Although our refills are instant and automatic, we do require a 4 hour window for the refill/recharge to be processed.

What should i do if my recharge does not go through?Although refill/recharge is automatic and instant. We do require a 4 hour window for your refill/recharge to fully be processed. You can contact us during our store hours for immediate update.

How do i create an account?Two options. Website account log in is positioned in right hand upper corner. Basic sign up requirements such as email and password required. Second account option is at check out. Check out account will give you an option to manage your payment methods and subscriptions.

What should i do if i forget my account password?You are given an option to click on "forget my password". You will receive a link via email to reset your password.

Is my payment information secure?Absolutely. We have partnered with Wix.com and Stripe.com for the upmost security measures currently available online.

How do i update my personal or billing information?Once you create a log in profile or account at check out page. It will provide you with all tools to update or cancel any personal and billing information. You can also contact us via email customerservice@paymyprepaid.online

How do I contact customer support?To contact your carrier customer support, please dial 611 from your phone. To contact us, please fill out the "contact us form" on the main page of our website. What should i do if my service is not working after a recharge?Please be patient and allow up to 4 hours for the refill/recharge to be fully processed. If your prepaid account is in a suspended status and you request an immediate refill, please reach out to us via the contact us form on the main website page. Or email us at customerservice@paymyprepaid.online. Just provide us with your wireless number and your payment confirmation number.

Do you offer Refunds?No, all sales are final. Once the refill/recharge has been submitted to the carrier, they will not offer a refund. Please see Terms & Conditions on the bottom of the website for more info.

Can i get a refund if i accidentally purchased the wrong plan?No, all sales are final. But we are here to help you! Reach out to us and we will contact the carrier to see what can be done. Since we are an authorized dealer, we can try and retrieve some balance for your next billing cycle. In case you underpaid, we can attempt to help you manually pay the difference you owe for your plan.
